Home remedies: Winter lip care
special care of your face. Lips are the inmp portion of your face
which really needs a special care. Coz lips r one of the most
sensitive part of body to be taken care off as they get much dry in
winter season as compared to other parts of body. Hwre are some of the
very useful home remedies tips to keep your lips nourished n healthy
in winter season.
1) The skin on lips lack oil glads hence they tend to get dry n
cracked easily. You have to take special care of your lips to maintian
its requiste moisture level.
2) Always remove lipstick from lips before sleep n also apply some
massaage with a good quality of clarified butter.
3) Dip a black tea bag in wqarm water and press it on lips for three
to four minutes. This increase moisture level on skin of lips.
4)You sould alos have ahealthy diet with gud source of vitamin B. A
gud intake of vitamin B will nourish your lips and you will never face
cracked lips.
5) Drink a lot of water, to hydrate your skin. This will keep your
lips better and your body as well.

nature) is food. When we consume food in inadequate amounts, it
increase production of toxin whoch is harmful for our body. Having
rigjt food is the intial step for achiveving healyhy life. But just
havin right fud is nt enough , right combinatin , proportion of food
is also inmportant for an individual.
Most of the desease are a sesult of inedicute food or not having fud
in proper manner.

1) Satvic fud
2)Rajasic fud
3)Tamasic fud

1) Sattva :-
Sattva is a quality of mind which induces clarity, harmony n balance.

Fresh fruit n vegetables, salads, fresh fruit juices, cereals, herbal
tea, fresh cow milk, dry fruits,nuts, honey, all spices and frshly
cooked food.
2) Rajas:I
A quality of mind which induces energy and action. The need to create.

Ready to eat canned food, basmati rice, saour cream, paneer,
ice-cream, yeast,sugar, picles, vinegar, garlic, onion and salted fud.
Tamas: tamas is a quality of mind which evokes darkness, innertia,
resistence and grounding. The need to stop.
Tamsic:-
The following fud
Alchohol, beef,chicken, fish,pork, eggs, frozen food, microwaveed
food,mushroom, drugs, tea, coffee, fried food, fried nuts.
Home remedy : Diarrhea
2) Do not eat outside food.
When problem is mild or under control eat khichdi made from masur dal
and rise with curd.
3) Curd 200 gm, raw cane sugar 100 gm,cardamom powder 1\4 tsp.nutmeg
pwder 1 pinch.strain water from curd. Now add all other ingredients in
this water abd drink it 1, r times which will naturally decrease
diarrhea and bleeding within 2 to 3 days.
4) Cooked rice 1 cup, curd 2,3 tsp, ginger powder 1/2 tsp, cumin pwder
1/4 tsp. Mix well and eat.
All these steps will help you recover soon, however if the problem
still persist or is critical please visit your docter for medical
help.
